Automatic Flute Laminating Machine With Full-Function Electric Control System

Computerized high-speed bonding, up to 10000 sheets per hour (paper length 700mm).

Leading edge paper feeding flying: Patented leading edge paper feeding flying (PAT No.100 41 520.2, Germany; PAT No.120787 in Taiwan Province and PAT No.125494 in China) run at high speed and smoothly, and paper size conversion needs no adjustment.

Feida seat: E-type low table sheet piling design, which can push the paper to be pasted into place by a pallet truck (PAT No.152346, Taiwan Province). A track yuba pre-stack paper pushing table can be optionally installed.

Glue coating device: the high-precision coating wheel is matched with the paper stripper to prevent paper from getting involved, and the glue blocking mechanism at the edge of the gluing wheel automatically controls the page, and the glue backflow can be adjusted without overflowing at high speed.

Sensing compensation pair device: multiple groups of electric eyes are used to sense the advancing relative position of the base paper, so that the servo motors on both sides of the paper make independent transmission, and the upper and lower papers are aligned vertically, which is accurate, high-speed and smooth (PAT No.100 42261.6 in Germany; Taiwan Province PAT No.150420; China PAT No.111631).

Full-function electric control system: it can automatically detect operation status, abnormal display and work record by using man-machine interface and PLC program light signal display, and the electrical planning meets CE standard.
