Structure features :

1.Cardboard conveyor VFD control system.

VFD control,conveyor belt transport;keep same speed as cardboard output speed automatically.

2.Automatic collect,and automatic count

Autoatic collect and count,stack quantity as order set and auto change next order.

3.Feeding platform system

Feeding platform adopt AC servo motor control up and down,It can be steady,quick accurate and tidily stack.

4.Back gauge cardboard positioning system

AC servo motor control automatically fixed position,quick and accurate change order according to paperboard size.

5.Transverse output inverter control system

Transverse output is controlled by inverter,auto stack and output when stacking quantity up to set order.

6.Cardboard splicer:

Stacking height:use for 300mm/600mm stacker;easy to operate and use.

7.Cardboard automatic feeder

Splicing height: used for 1500mm stacker;

VFD motor control;auto transverse output paperboard into splicing platform.

8.Paperboard output and ground transportation systems on automatic docking.

Variable motor device control paper output;automatic delivery to ground transport aircraft.
