Structure of Expanded Metal Mesh Making Machine

This machine is mainly composed of frame, driving system, crankshaft connecting rod, knife rest, feeding mechanism, pendulum mechanism and power distribution unit.

1. Frame: this machine adopts the whole frame, stable performance.

2. Driving system: the motor drives the flywheel, then flywheel drives crankshaft to rotate. Bevel gear drives the cam to rotate, push the upper knife to swing left and right.

3. Crankshaft connecting rod: it is composed of crankshaft, ball head screw and bearing plate.

4. Knife rest: it is composed of upper knife rest, lower knife rest and pressure plate part.

5. Feeding mechanism: the stepper motor drives roller to rotate through gearbox, then achieve feeding.

6. Electrical parts see the electrical schematic diagram, electrical components table and stepper motor operating instruction.
