same time. Equipped with a high-quality branded multi-port valve
with copper valve core, realizing automatic timed forward and back
washing of quartz sand. |
| 2.1.4.Activated Carbon Filter | Adopts opaque blue FRP tank to inhibit bacterial growth. With
internal rubber lining and external glass fiber winding, it
features light weight and high rigidity. The tank is filled with
special coconut shell activated carbon, with the iodine adsorption
value of activated carbon ≥1000mg/g. For areas with high chloramine
content in raw water, two carbon filters can be configured for
combined use, subject to the product configuration list. Equipped
with a high-quality branded multi-port valve with copper valve
core, realizing automatic timed forward and back washing of
activated carbon. |
| 2.1.5.Softening Filter | Adopts opaque blue FRP tank to inhibit bacterial growth. With
internal rubber lining and external glass fiber winding, it
features light weight and high rigidity. The tank is filled with
Purolite strong-acid styrene cation exchange resin. For areas with
high raw water hardness, two softening filters can be optionally
configured for combined use, subject to the product configuration
list. Equipped with a high-quality branded multi-port valve with
copper valve core, supporting automatic timed forward and back
washing of the resin, as well as automatic water replenishment and
salt absorption regeneration of the resin. |
| 2.1.6.Security Filter | National standard 304 stainless steel 5-cartridge filter features a
top flat design, which closely fits and compresses the upper end of
filter cartridges with no air accumulation space. It is equipped
with 5μm PP cotton filter cartridges of no less than 30 inches. |
| 2.2.Intelligent Two-stage Reverse Osmosis |
| 2.2.1.Integrated Two-stage Reverse Osmosis Main Unit | The first-stage and second-stage reverse osmosis systems are
integrated on a single frame without an intermediate water tank.
The first-stage product water is directly delivered to the
second-stage high-pressure pump, and the second-stage product water
is supplied directly to dialysis machines. It features a compact
structure and reasonable layout. Real-time conductivity monitoring
is available for raw water, first-stage pure water and second-stage
pure water, along with multi-point monitoring of pressure and flow. |
| 2.2.2.Water Balancer | National standard 304 stainless steel round water balancer with
capacity ≥140L, welded on the equipment cabinet. Fitted with a
pressure sensor to dynamically monitor the water level; cooperating
with the inlet valve for intelligent selective opening and closing,
it forms an intelligent water supply dynamic balance system for
more stable water inflow. |
| 2.2.3.Reverse Osmosis Membrane | Adopts international first-line brand Hydranautics 8040
energy-saving ultra-low pressure fully aromatic high cross-linking
polyamide composite membrane. The average salt rejection rate is
≥99.2%. |
| 2.2.4.Dead-end-free Membrane Vessel | Made of national standard SS304 stainless steel with
dead-space-free design. Top inlet and top outlet structure enables
full internal water circulation at high flow velocity. The upper
and lower end covers closely fit the end face of reverse osmosis
membrane, with no RO membrane support bracket adopted. |
| 2.2.5.High-pressure Pump | Vertical multistage air-cooled centrifugal pump. It is made of
national standard SS304 stainless steel, with a total of 2 units
configured. The flow rate and head fully meet the system design
requirements. |
| 2.2.6.Conductivity Sensor | Well-known brand conductivity meter equipped with a stainless steel
probe. It synchronously displays the measured values of raw water,
first-stage pure water and second-stage pure water on the touch
screen, with a measurement error ≤0.02 μS/cm. |
| 2.2.7.Control System | Waterproof sheet metal electric control cabinet with front arc
transition design. The main control system adopts PLC and touch
screen, pre-loaded with special software for two-stage reverse
osmosis water production. Open data interfaces are reserved to
support remote operation and monitoring. |
| 2.2.8.Connecting Pipes, Fittings and Valves | The connecting pipes of the main unit adopt national standard SS304
stainless steel pipes, large arc elbows and straight-through tees.
All circumferential welds are fully automatic welded with internal
and external inert gas shielding. National standard 304 stainless
steel valves including inlet valve, pressure regulating valve,
drain valve and reflow water-saving valve adopt clamp connection,
facilitating disassembly, assembly and maintenance. |
2.3.Dead-space-free Circulating Water Supply
|
| 2.3.1.Main Water Supply Pipe | To be prepared by the customer. Optional piping: UPVC pipe or SS304
stainless steel pipe, featuring smooth inner wall, low flow
resistance, corrosion resistance and no precipitate release. It
adopts a large circulation loop design with real-time pipe network
pressure monitoring, and a sampling valve is installed at the water
return end. |
| 2.3.2.Constant Pressure Water Supply Device | Equipped with a well-known brand pressure stabilizing valve, which
automatically adjusts and stabilizes the pressure of the water
supply pipe network. It prevents pipe network pressure fluctuations
caused by the startup and shutdown of dialysis machines, and meets
the water pressure requirements of dialysis machines. |
