Function of each ro water treatment part: - Raw water pump - to provide pressure to silica sand
filter/activated carbon filter;
- Silica sand filter - remove turbidity, suspended matter, organic
matter, colloid, etc.;
- Activated carbon filter - remove color, free chloride, organic
matter, harmful substances, etc.;
- Softener - reduce the hardness of water;
- Micron filter - prevents deposition of large particles, most
bacteria and viruses into the reverse osmosis membrane. The
accuracy is 5um, which is used to suppress any large particles,
such as large iron, dust, suspended solids, impurities;
- High pressure pump - provide high pressure (at least 2.0M pa) to
the reverse osmosis membrane;
- Reverse osmosis system - the reverse osmosis system is the main
part of the pure water treatment plant. The desalination rate of
the reverse osmosis membrane can reach 99%, and it can remove more
than 99% of ions, bacteria, particles and 98% of organic matter.
