Softening water equipment workflow
Work (sometimes called water production, the same below), backwash,
salt suction (regeneration), slow rinse (replacement), quick rinse
five processes.All the procedures of different softening water
equipment are very similar, but there may be some additional
procedures due to the different actual process or the need of
control.Any sodium-exchange based water softening equipment has
been developed on the basis of these five processes (among them,
fully automated water softening equipment will add a brine
reinjection process).
Backwash: after working for a period of time, the equipment will
block a lot of dirt brought by raw water in the upper part of the
resin. After removing these dirt, the ion exchange resin can be
fully exposed, and the effect of regeneration can be guaranteed.In
the backwash process, water is washed in from the bottom of the
resin and out from the top, so that dirt trapped at the top can be
washed away.This process usually takes about 5-15 minutes.

About packaging, for small size or single machine, we can offer
free fumigation wooden case with steel frame, it not only can
protect machine from damage, but also avoid checking when
exporting. For multiple machines or production line, it's better to
loaded in standard container 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ, usually it needs
wrapped with plastic firstly, then loaded in containe
