The Fully Automatic Aluminum Radiator Plastic Tank Crimping Machine
is a specialized industrial system designed for assembling radiator
cores. Its primary function is to securely lock the plastic water
tank onto the aluminum core by crimping the teeth of the header
plate. This process effectively combines the radiator core, main
board, sealing ring, and plastic water chamber into a single,
sealed unit. Operating with a precise stepping method, this
servo-driven machine ensures consistent and reliable crimping for
products of various specifications. It is also commonly referred to
as a radiator clinching machine or water tank crimping machine.
