The 2500W High Precision Fin Forming Machine is an advanced
solution for manufacturing high-quality aluminum radiator fins with
a height of up to 8mm. This machine integrates a comprehensive
process including feeding, importing, fin forming, and features an
anti-blocking device, wave sparger, concentrator, and wave puller
in a robust integral structure. By utilizing quick-change fin
forming tools, it efficiently produces a wide range of aluminum,
copper, and stainless steel fin heat exchangers. The fin forming
blades are available in three durable materials—cemented carbide,
cobalt-bearing high-speed tool steel, and tungsten molybdenum
high-speed tool steel—all crafted from forgings. This specialized
manufacturing process significantly enhances blade longevity,
offering a service life extension of 100 to 50 million peaks
compared to standard sheet metal blades.
