Product Description:
The Aluminum Brazing Furnace is an advanced equipment designed to
deliver high performance and reliable aluminum brazing. It is
customizable in size and equipped with a three-phase 50HZ power
supply capable of providing AC380V. It is designed with PLC control
to ensure consistent and precise heating temperature ranging from
600-650℃. It also features a radiantor tube heating system that
works with nitrogen to provide an efficient and reliable brazing
environment. The Nitrogen consumption of the Aluminum Brazing
Furnace is about 35～45m3/h. It has four sections to control the
temperature and spray drying air cooling area for efficient
aluminum brazing. The Nitrogen protection helps to maintain the
optimum temperature for aluminum brazing up to 650-700 degree.
