      The Fully automatic Radiator Fin Forming Machine 1.5m high,1m wide aluminum fin is used to collect the fins produced by the fin machine.

      The machine could first turn each fin upright and then stores fin in a tray. The machine is PLC  controlled and connected with the radiator fin machine through a belt conveyance system. The tray  is moved based on the signal of the belt conveyor and is driven by a servo motor. The fin is saved in a fin tray. The fin collection device could greatly improve the assembling efficiency.

FAQ:

1.Does one hob can have multiple fin sizes with different heights?

No,one set of hob only can produce single height of one fin,up and down fine-tuning height is not more than 0.1mm.

2.Does one set of hob can use different thickness finned materials?

Yes,it can.But we don’t suggest big difference in thickness,most of the thickness of fins is 0.07-0.08mm at the moment.

3.Does it can change the hob?

The hob is changeable,but the main console is the same,the position where the hob installed must match with the main console.

4.Does the hob can have multiple fins with different width?

Yes,it does.One set of hob can be single width of fin,also can combine different width size of fins,most can combine 10 different width size of fin in one set of hob.
