   The condenser core builder machine is used for assembling auto radiator cores. The machine has the advantages of stable and reliable working prformance, easy operation, low noise, accurate positioning
of flat tube center, and even distribution of fins.
    The assembled condenser core has a high assembling accuracy and a good apperance, which ensures a better brazing effect  in the brazing furnace.

1) The flat tubes are stocked in a tube magazine, and are distributed through a servo tube distribution device. The overall comb teeth structure could ensure the flat tube positioning accuracy.
2) The radiator core builder is designed with 2-hand push buttons for safety operation.
3) The radiator core builder is easy for operation, adjustment, and tooling replacement.
4) The left and right push mechanism, and clamping mechanism are controlled by the hydraulic cylinders.
5) The flat tubes are distributed through a servo tube distribution device.
6) The radiator core assembly machine can be equipped with the header flaring mechanism.

3.Does it can assemble the same height of fins in the radiator core and condenser core in the same machine?
No,because it has big difference between the radiator tube and condenser tube,it can’t be mixed use.
 
4.Does it can assemble different heights of fins in the same machine ?
No,at the moment the core building machine only can assemble the cores which has single specification height of fins.If it needs to assemble different heights of fins,it needs to customize from us.
