► Front Case Assembly

The front case replacement involves moving existing parts from the old case to the new and replacing the labels.

Preparation

1. Remove the printer.

• Remove the Therapy Knob.
• Open and separate the case.
• Position the front case

Lay the front case on the work surface with the display facing down and the printer in the lower left corner

Removal

1. Remove the speaker/microphone assembly

2. Remove the PCA from the printer.

3. Remove the measurement module plate.

4. Remove the processor PCA and SpO2 PCA together.

Leave the SpO2 PCA on the processor PCA and remove the processor PCA from the front housing.

5. Remove the display assembly

6. Remove the therapy switch.

7. Remove the RFU indicator.

8. Remove the front panel buttons.

Replacing

1. Replace the front panel buttons.

2. Replace the RFU indicator

3. Replace the therapy switch.

4. Replace the display assembly

5. Replace the processor PCA and SpO2 PCA together.

Leave the SpO2 PCA in the processor PCA and replace the processor PCA in the front housing.

6. Replace the measurement module plate.

7. Replace the printer PCA.

8. Replace the speaker/microphone assembly

9. Close the case.

10. Reinsert the process button

11. Replace the printer

12. Place a new label.
