SonoSite Fujifilm Rachargeable Li-ion Battery P13123-02 10.8V 9Ah 97w

A rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack will be used to operate the unit in battery mode. The pack will include a capacity monitoring circuit and any required pack protection circuitry. A one-wire, bidirectional, serial interface (BDATA) will be used to read and write the pack data.

The battery is comprised of six lithium-ion cells plus electronics, a temperature sensor, and battery contacts. Run time is up to two hours, depending on imaging mode and display brightness.

The battery is equipped with a safety device.

• Do not disassemble or modify the battery.

• Charge the battery only when the ambient temperature is between 0° and 40°C (32° and 104°F).

• Do not directly connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery with metal objects, as this may cause a short circuit in the battery.

• Do not touch the battery contacts.

• Do not heat the battery or dispose of it in a fire.

• Do not expose the battery to temperatures above 60°C (140°F). Keep away from fire and other heat sources.

• Do not charge the battery near a heat source such as a fire or heater.

• Do not leave the battery in direct sunlight.

• Do not pierce, hit, or step on the battery with sharp objects.

• Do not use damaged batteries.

• Do not solder the battery.

• Battery terminal polarity is fixed and cannot be replaced or reversed. Do not force the battery into the system

• Do not connect the battery to a power outlet.

• If the battery does not charge after two consecutive 6-hour charge cycles, do not continue to charge the battery.

• Do not ship damaged batteries unless instructed to do so by FUJIFILM SonoSite Technical Support.

• If the battery leaks or emits a strange odor, move it away from potential sources of ignition.

• Please periodically check that the battery is fully charged. If the battery cannot be fully charged, replace the battery.

To avoid battery damage and subsequent equipment damage, please follow these precautions:

• Do not immerse the battery in water or let it get wet.

• Do not place batteries in a microwave or in a pressurized container.

• If the battery exhibits a strange odor, heat generation, deformation, discoloration, or abnormality during use, charging, or storage, immediately remove the battery and stop using it. If you have any questions about the battery, please contact FUJIFILM SonoSite or your local distributor.

• Store batteries between -20°C (-4°F) and 60°C (140°F).

• Use only FUJIFILM SonoSite batteries.

• Do not use or charge the battery in any device other than Fujifilm SonoSite. Use the system only to charge the battery
