Load the paper

Reports can be printed from a thermal recorder or an external printer. Make sure the paper is loaded before printing the report.

The thermal insulation material supports Z-folding. Download paper:

1. Raise the level at the bottom of the tray, then pull the tray out until it stops.

2. Load a stack of paper in the tray.

3. Lift the first paper, turn it over on the roll holder, and align the top edge of the paper with the paper guides. Make sure the print side (grid side) is facing up and the black mark appears in the lower left corner of the paper.

4. Press the tray firmly until it snaps into place.

The device can print on A4 (295 mm × 210 mm) or US Letter (8.5 "× 11") paper. The paper tray is configured to match the appropriate paper size for the target location when the device is shipped from the factory.

To change the paper size, move the white plastic dividers in the tray to constrain the tray.

n For A4 size paper, insert the spacer into the slot at the top of the tray.

n For US letter size paper, insert the separator into the slot at the bottom of the tray.
