LCD without display

- Wrong contrast setting? (adjust contrast)

- Is the contrast button defective? (to do a key test)

- Are the LEDs or data ports OK?

- Faulty lighting?

- Fuse SI500 (16V), SI501 (backlight), SI502 (5V) on the Digital board OK?

- Is the screen broken?

- Wrong PCB numbers?

To remove the display:

- Unplug the power cord to expose the light.

- Carefully pull up the safety lock of the de-energized plug on the display membrane keyboard plug, then remove the cable from the membrane keyboard.

- Remove the 4 screws from the screen

Specification

Testing display accuracy of SpO2 and pulse rate

Check displayed values on the LCD screen using the following simulator settings:

Activate the interference test on the simulator by pressing and holding the button, the SpO2 value should remain on the screen.

Remove the SpO2 plug from the monitor. A “No Sensor” message is displayed with an intermittent alarm tone when the alarm is activated.

Press the (F4) button, the alarm will turn off.

Connect the digital probe and check if it works properly.
