►Brief Introduction

PHiliphhilip IntelliVue MP70 Patient Monitor have color LCD TFT displays with a wide viewing angle, providing high resolution waveform and data presentation. PHiliphhilip IntelliVue MP70 Patient Monitor integrate the display and the processing unit into one device. It is 38cm (15˝) color XGA monitor display with 4, 6 or 8 waveforms is bright and easy to read.

The Display Controller Interface consists of a video controller chip, video RAM and the controlling software. The Display Controller interface processes the high level display commands (character and graPHiliphhilipic generation, wave drawing) and translates them into pixels, which are written into the video RAM where the video controller chip generates the video synchronization signals and the pixel stream for the Color LCD Display.

► Disassembly

1. Remove the bottom cover in Removing the ECG Out board if no SRL2 board is plugged.
2. Remove integrated module slot and measurement server mount as described in Removing the Integrated Module Slot, the Measurement Server Mount or blank covers.
3. Unplug the video cable by pulling downwards and the touch controller cable by pulling outwards on the tab.

4. Place the monitor in an upright position and pull off the display assembly.

Reassembly Note: When reassembling the monitor, make sure you insert the cables into the slots at the bottom of the assembly and to slide the display assembly into its hooks.
