Universal Clear Tab/Snap Adapter to CardiograPHiliphhilip Lead. Enables the connection from 3mm - 4mm post banana plug coming from the CardiograPHiliphhilip to tab & snap style electrodes. 1 bag = 10 adapters. Adapter can be sterilized by ethylene oxide - not steam sterilizable. Adapters are for use with PHiliphhilip PageWriter TC Series CardiograPHiliphhilips 860315 and 860310. This product replaces M2254A.

► Designed usage
PHiliphhilip reusable electrode adapters should be used by medical practitioners or under their supervision, or by other medical professionals. This adapter is used to connect the lead wires and the ECG electrodes.

► Compatibility
The electrode adapter 989803166031 is suitable for any standard monitoring lead with a 3-4 mm banana plug.
The adapter can be locked on the button and patch electrode.
(Note: Do not use electrodes with a neck diameter less than 3.6 mm or greater than 3.8 mm.)

► Scrap processing
If you find any signs of damage or deterioration of the adapter, please discard it immediately. When discarding, please follow the medical institution or local regulations for medical waste disposal.

► Clean
Note: Use of compounds or methods other than those listed below to clean the adapter may cause damage.
1. Remove the patient cable and/or lead wire from the monitoring device.
2. Use a clean soft cloth or gauze dipped in any of the following cleaning agents to wipe all exposed surfaces.

Cleaning/Disinfecting Agents

Notes:

A: = approved cleaner/disinfectant

B: = cleaning/disinfecting agent is known to cause damage to plastic materialand should be avoided, if possible.

After cleaning/disinfecting, ensure that all residue is removed by wiping thesurface using a clean cloth dampened with clean water.

3. Dip a clean soft cloth or gauze with sterile water or distilled water, and wipe all exposed surfaces again.
4. Wipe all exposed surfaces with a clean dry cloth or gauze

► Sterilize
The adapter can be sterilized 10 times by ethylene oxide sterilization

► Warn
• The adapter cannot be used with MRI equipment.
• Be sure to check the adapter before use. If you find signs of damage, contamination, corrosion of metal parts, or aging of the plastic case, do not use the adapter.
• When disconnecting the lead from the adapter, be sure to unplug the banana/DIN plug. Do not pull on cables or leads.
• Never immerse the adapter in any liquid. Otherwise, the adapter will be damaged or even corroded.
• Do not use methods such as high pressure, radiation or steam to sterilize the adapter
