Testing Principle
By evacuating the vacuum chamber, an internal and external pressure
difference is created in the sample immersed in water. Evacuating
the vacuum chamber creates a pressure difference between the inside
and outside of the sample, so that the expansion and shape of the
sample can be observed after the vacuum is released. The recovered
conditions are used to determine the sealing properties of the
sample.
Appication Seal performance refers to the reliability of the package seal;
testing can ensure the integrity of the entire product package seal
to avoid leakage, contamination, damage and other problems caused
by poor product seal performance. Tightness tester can also be
called tightness performance tester, tightness class tester and so
on. It is suitable for testing the tightness of bags, bottles,
tubes, cans and boxes in food, medical, chemical, automobile,
electronic, paper, pesticide, veterinary and other industries. It
can also be used to check the tightness of aluminum and plastic
blister packs for pharmaceuticals and to check the tightness of
