【PACKAGE SPECIFICATION】 48 tests/ box 【INTENDED USE】 This kit is used to extract DNA/RNA from plasma, serum, animal
tissues, body fluids and other samples. The optimized chemistry of the reagents ensures pure
nucleic acid is selectively bound to the paramagnetic bead particles, and
impurities are efficiently removed by a series of quick wash steps. The resulting high-quality DNA/RNA is eluted with elution buffer or water. The Viral RNA&DNA Extraction Kit can be easily adapted to automated magnetic bead separation instruments and workstations. The nucleic acid extracted by this kit can be used for Re a-time PCR, Nothern Blot, Blotting Hybridization, cDNA Library Construction. 【COMPONENTS OF THE KIT】
【STORAGEAND STABILITY】 The kit should be stored at room temperature 5-25℃. The kit is
valid for 12 months. 【APPLICABLE INSTRUMENTS】 It is suitable for the automatic nucleic acid extraction instrument
such as RJ40. 【SPECIMEN REQUIREMENTS】 1.The virus in liquid samples such as plasma, serum, ascites, oral
fluid can be directly extracted. 2.The virus in animal and plant tissues needs to add an appropriate
amount of saline or PBS to the sample, grind it thoroughly, centrifuge at 12000rpm for
5-10 minutes, and take the supernatant for use. 【SPECIMEN EXTRATION OPERATION】 1.Take out the pre-packed deep well plate, tear off the sealing
film, and add 200ul of the above serum, plasma, throat swab, nasal swab, saliva, and other
samples to the Lysis Solution plate hole. In accordance with the order of the plate
positions (1, 2, 3, 4, 6), put the Lysis Solution Plate (1), Magnetic Beads Plate (2), Wash Buffer
l Plate (3), Wash Buffer 2 Plate(4) and the Elution Solution Plate(6) in the
automatic nucleic acid extractor, and install the Magnetic Rod Sleeve. 2.Turn on the nucleic acid extractor, set the following program and
run it(-15min);
3. At the end of the run remove the magnetic rod sleeves； 4. Take out the 96 deep well plate, transfer the purified DNA/RNA
into a 1.5ml centrifuge tube from the plate with Elution Solution in order for
the following operation or store at-80℃ (If there is a small number of magnetic beads
remaining, it can be removed by centrifugation or magnetic plate); 5.Close the program and shutdown the instrument. 【PRODUCT PERFORMANCE INDEX】 1. The purity:The ratio of absorbance OD260/OD280 is between
1.8-2.2. 2. The precision:The coefficient of variation (CV) of the RNA/DNA
content is≤5%. 【PRECAUTIONS】 1.Please read this kit's operating instructions carefully before
use, and operate carefully as required. 2.The virus has a strong infection ability, and various defense
measures must be prepared before operation. 3.Wear clean gloves and masks during operation. 4.Use RNase/DNase-free tips and 1.5ml centrifuge tubes. 5.All centrifugation steps are performed at room temperature
(5-25°℃) . 6.Frozen samples need to be thawed to room temperature. 7.Do not use products beyond the expiration date; do not mix
reagents of different lot numbers.
