Description
Titanium ErTi-2 Welding Wire AWS A5.16 is specifically designed for
welding titanium and its alloys. It is available in a variety of
grades, diameters, and sizes, and is suitable for welding processes
such as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding
(GMAW), and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW).
The wire can be used for both root and fill passes. Proper
selection of wire grade and welding parameters, such as feed speed,
voltage, and travel speed, is essential to ensure high-quality
welds. Smooth and even feeding into the weld puddle prevents
porosity and other defects.
