Introduction: 

Powder ton-bag packing machine--suitable for packing power with particle less than 50 mesh and lower air content and poor fluidity. This machine adopts international advanced powder packaging technology, dual-stage feeding device and new technology of filling, blockades and dust emission. It has features of high accuracy and speed, less environmental pollution, reliable, excellent performance and easy operation.
 

Packing Procedure

1. Feeding material to hopper by Pneumatic Conveying or Screw Conveying System

2. Packing and Filling material into bags automatically & quantitatively.

3. Roller or Belt Conveyor sending bags to Automatic Palletizing Line for stacking.

 
Main features:
 
1. The function of collecting the thickness and thickness is integrated, which effectively solves the requirements of speed and precision in the packaging process.
2. For the different weight of the packaging process, the bag can be automatically peeled, cleared, and has automatic correction function to ensure the accuracy requirements.
3. For the requirement to detect whether the material contains metal particles, a metal detector can be installed at the inlet.
4. After the bag is automatically dropped, it can be transported to the next process by automatic roller conveyor, power roller or belt conveyor.
5. It can be equipped with shaker function or flexible adjustment of bag machine and hook height according to requirements.
6. The system has two modes of operation, automatic and manual, which can be switched at will.
