Product Description of Automatic winder:

These winding machines are specially designed for PP and PET packaging tapes.

1. Mode-------The automatic winding machine is a finished winding tool for PP PET strapping tapes. It uses servo motors for wiring, automatic winding, automatic reeling, automatic tape cutting, and automatic reel changing. It can wind strapping tapes with a width of 5-19MM. The corresponding bandwidth can be selected for reeling through the PLC touch screen, and there is no need to manually change the transmission gear.
2. Servo motor------The reel uses the torque mode of the servo motor. The torque during reeling can be set through the touch screen, so that strapping tapes of different weights or widths can be reeled with appropriate torque, and the bending deformation of the strapping tape after reeling can be minimized.
3. Automatic reel changing:-------After reeling, the strapping tape that is withdrawn automatically moves to the storage conveyor. About 3 rolls of strapping tape can be placed on the conveyor, and the conveyor belt can also be lengthened according to customer needs.
