SDS6 is the best selling series, and SDS6-3V is the 3 axis display version. That’s an all-purpose DRO, the speed of measurement is faster, and the control system is easier and smoother.

It employs the newest 16 bits SCM technology, can substitute all kinds of basic function of different kinds of machine. Like the high precision coordinate boring machine, floor boring machine, grinding machine, lathe, EDM, milling machine.

It is allowed to input the high frequency of A/B signals up to 5MHz. Each axis can supply 40 points of non-linear compensations to increase the accuracy.

Improved Functions:

1. Enlarge the calculator function:

SDS6 can change the decimal digits to be three, four or five digits to improve the calculating precision.

2. Non-linear error compensation:

The system has maximum 40 sections non-linear error compensation to improve the machining precision.

3. The numbers of decimal digits can be chosen in inch mode:

4 / 5 decimal digits can be chosen in inch mode. 4 digits can satisfy long scale requirement, and 5 digits can satisfy high precisions display.

4. Communication:

EDM matching output and RS-232-C interface can be required.
