Galvanized steel grating is a kind of grating plate which is
subject to galvanized surface anti-corrosion treatment in the later
stage. After galvanizing, it will have anti rust performance and
prolong the service life of grating plate. Generally hot-dip
galvanizing or electro galvanizing.
Brief introduction of surface treatment process of galvanized steel
grating
Hot dip galvanizing of steel grating is actually hot-dip
galvanizing. After melting the zinc ingot at high temperature, put
it into the auxiliary materials, immerse the semi-finished steel
grating into the zinc tank, attach a zinc layer to the steel
grating, and enhance the anti-corrosion capacity of the steel
grating. On the other hand, the adhesion and hardness after
galvanizing are also very good. Electro galvanizing of steel
grating is often referred to as cold galvanizing of steel grating.
The electro galvanizing process is the process of forming a
uniform, dense and well combined metal or alloy deposition layer on
the surface of the workpiece by electrolysis. However, compared
with hot-dip galvanizing, electro galvanizing has low cost and poor
performance. We usually use hot galvanizing process to improve the
quality of steel grating.
Application scenario of galvanized steel grating
