1. The kitchen waste is uniformly recycled and transported to the treatment station and dumped in the discharge hopper through the kitchen bucket without manual dumping, which is convenient to operate and reduces the amount of labor; (it can be determined according to the actual situation), spiral conveying to the crushing system and pressing dehydration system.
2. The food waste adopts physical method to efficiently crush and dehydrate the food organic waste, which can greatly reduce the moisture content and volume of solid organic matter, and can greatly reduce the gas emission in the treatment process;
3. After being pressed and dehydrated, it is automatically transported to the fermentation bin. During the first fermentation, an appropriate amount of microbial agent needs to be added into the tank, and only a certain amount of treatment products need to be left in the tank; After 24-hour treatment of food waste, appropriate temperature, humidity and oxygen content shall be controlled to speed up the propagation of bacteria and improve the degradation rate;
4. After the reaction reaches a certain time, the material is discharged through mechanical mode, and the product can be used as organic fertilizer or soil conditioner.
5. For the sewage in the treatment process, the oil and water are separated by the oil-water separation equipment, and the waste oil is sold directly. The sewage can be treated by the later sewage treatment system.
6. During the treatment of kitchen waste, our company is equipped with corresponding equipment to treat the odor. The processor is equipped with deodorization system, UV photolysis + activated carbon and other technologies to purify the odor generated in the fermentation process. The gas emission after treatment meets the requirements.

2. The machine chamber has internal rotating arms for mechanical agitation and an oil jacket for heating.

3. MX composter use natually occuring microbes to compost organic wastein 24hours ,and achieve a reduction of 80-90%.

4. The temperature of the tank is raised to the required temperatures to eliminate harmful bacteria.

5. Vented airflow ensure aerobic digestion which prevents methane (odours) and minimises other odours associated with composting process.
