Product Features

A layer of high-tension film is laminated within (or onto one side of) the traditional XPE foam substrate. This tension film has undergone a stretching process, endowing it with exceptionally high tensile strength and dimensional stability.
This film is usually made of high-strength polyethylene (PE), polyester (PET), or woven mesh membrane. After stretching treatment, it features extremely high tensile strength and dimensional stability.
This "soft-rigid composite" structure (soft foam + rigid/tough film) addresses the shortcomings of traditional XPE pads: easy tearing, tensile deformation, and poor puncture resistance.
Adopting a high-density cushion of 80 density, it sets a benchmark for the industry's high-quality development.
This product has passed FIFA 2024 and EN15330-4 testing.
The middle laminated layer adopts an innovative tension film design.
