Multi-Channel Optical Power Meter Multi-In-One Module
Multi-channel optical power meter is a kind of optical power
measuring equipment which can measure multiple optical signals
simultaneously. Compared with the traditional single-channel
optical power meter, the multi-channel optical power meter has
higher test efficiency and accuracy, and can meet the needs of
various complex optical fiber testing and applications.
A multi-channel optical power meter is usually composed of a
plurality of photodetectors, amplifiers, signal processing and
display modules. Each detector can independently receive an optical
signal and convert it into an electrical signal. Then, the
electrical signal is processed and displayed through the amplifier
and signal processing module, and the optical power value of each
channel can be obtained.
The number of channels of the multi-channel optical power meter can
be selected according to the actual needs, common dual-channel,
four-channel, eight-channel and so on. The more channels there are,
the more optical signals can be measured at the same time, and the
more efficient the test will be. However, as the number of channels
increases, so does the complexity and cost of the device.
