AMS 5685 is an aerospace material specification primarily for aerospace applications requiring high strength, high temperature performance and excellent corrosion resistance. The specification covers a nickel-based superalloy whose alloy composition includes elements such as cobalt, titanium, aluminum and niobium. AMS 5685 ensures that the material has mechanical properties, thermal stability and corrosion resistance that meet strict requirements to meet the high requirements of the aerospace industry for material strength and reliability.

Square bar / Flat bar: 1.0 mm to 800 mm
Forging piece: Stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T5.0 - 1000 mm X W3 - 1000 mm X L100-1000 mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T3.0 - 10 mm X W1 - 1000 mm X L100 - 800 mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T3.0 - 10 mm X W1.0 - 1000 mm X L (or in coil form)
Length: Fixed length or random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
