Operation:

5KG magnetic powder controls the unwinding tension,

and a 0.75KW servo motor drives the first set of traction rollers to feed.

The material is folded through the inserting mechanism.

The second 0.75KW servo motor drives the second set of traction rubber rollers

to feed through the third

A servo-driven hob cuts the product (the length of the product is independently

by the hob and the size is adjustable). After the product is cut, it is conveyed by

6 groups of conveyors driven by 2KW. During the conveying period, three groups

of 0.75KW servo motors drive their respective half-folding mechanisms to fold the

product three times in half. After the half-folding is completed, the product is sent

out by a conveyor driven by a 0.12KW speed-regulating motor.
