2.4 inch TFT LCD with PCAP Touch Screen Description

SFTC240G-8050A-CT is a 2.4 inch 8 bits MPU interface QVGA TN type TFT-LCD module with projected capacitive touch panel (PCAP). it is a vertical/portrait active matrix TFT module with transmissive mode. Its resolution is 240x320 pixels. This 2.4 inch TFT display module has controller IC ILI9341V supporting MPU interface with the PCAP is I2C interface. The brightness is 300 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 500:1. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃. This design is a good fit for industrial application, testing equipment, automation, medical equipment, security equipment etc. The supply voltage (VCC) of driving LCD panel is from is 2.8V to 3.4V. Typical value is 3.2V.
