Qaulity issue is the top issue at CHN-TOP ,and already passed ISO9001 certification. 

A clean dry workshop , HD monitor and strong quality control system

all of the process should

be inspection before delivery.

1. All of the carbide inserts , PCD Blank , PCBN blank inspect

2. Mark the diamond layer, the surface and breaker area of PCD PCBN blank

3. Find the correct focus point to cut PCD PCBN blank and inspect surface, and

chip , cutting width.

4. Control brazing at air conditioner and test brazing strength 

5. All of the machines will keep 24*7 days testing before delivery
