A: Changyue Parking is a factory with more than 20 years’manufacturing design experience. We can offer you the most favourable price and provide you the quick feedback after-sale service.

Q: What is the warranty term of your product?
A: The warranty term of our product is 12 months. Within warranty, if there is any quality defect, we will send you the new parts and dispatch our engineer to solve it.

Q: How to make the installation? Can you send engineer to us?
A: First we will send you all the technical documents, such as foundation drawing, installation manual, operation manual. If you have professional engineer, you can finish it by yourself.

Second, If you’re new for the car parking system, We can dispatch our engineer to guide the installation, the cost will belong to the buyer.

Q: How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q: How to repair and maintain the product?

A: You don't need too much maintenance because our products all use big brand electric devices and we pay more attention on quality, the whole system can work well in long time. If necessary, we suggest that small parts are maintained once a week, the large parts are maintained once a month.

Q: If the failures of parking equipment happened from customers which are not in the warranty period, how does the company deal with it?

A: First, we would provide some spare parts when the parking system ship out. If any parts need to be replaced in the maintainence work. We will check and help to slove problems by remote operation.

Second, if other parts are dameaged, we will replace them by remote operation upon agreement between both sides. If it is necessary to dispatch our engineers to the site, all the cost occurred will belong to the buyer.
