P160 Automatic Coconut Sesame dates ball making machine is small encrusting machine+Rounder and ball coating machine.The multipurpose encrusting machine is designed to encase a filling inside outer casing to produce raw material dough into balls of equal weight.
The Ball Rolling Machine is for shaping the food balls like a sphere ,suitable different material balls:Dates Balls ,Energy Balls,Rum Balls ,Protein Bites,Chocolate truffle balls ;The ball roller is digital control,speed adjustable by knob,the roller mould is full aluminum quality with teflon.
Automatic coating machine is the accessory machine to coat
powder,sesame ,seeds, nuts ;The automatic can be equipped with the
ball roller or separated used for product coating.

1. Automatic rotary table coating machine The rotary table coating machine is used for large production of coconut flakes/sugar powder/coco powder/smashed nuts/chocolate sprinkles coated ball products or cookies. The dough ball cutted by the P160 Automatic encrusting machine will automatically drop to the rotary table coating machine for outside coating, then the coated products will transfered to the container or conveyor by the mesh belt.
The automatic bar cutting machine is a separate machine controlled
by PLC system with screen panel. It is placed right after the P160
Automatic encusting machine conveyor belt. The automatic bar
cutting machine adopts teflon coated carbon steel cutting blade
which vertically cut the food into pieces, the cutting speed and
food length can be adjusted by control panel. The automatic bar
cutting machine can make protein bar, fruit bar, filled date bar,
round discs, date roll, cookies, etc.
