Description:
The fully automatic double layer energy bar production line
consists of the following equipment: a P160 fully automatic
encrusting machine, a fully automatic energy bar cutter,
and a fully automatic tray sorting machine. The P160 fully
automatic encrusting machine acts as a protein
energy extruder, form the mixture or dough to the bar
with double layers or three layers. The protein bar cutter
cuts the long strips into strips, squares, bite-sized pieces,
rolls, and round slices. The tray sorting machine collects the
finished products in sequence. Protein Bar Extruder Features: * The machine body and hopper are made of 304 stainless steel. * Custom-designed nozzles allow for the production of protein bars
in various sizes. * It can produce multiple rows of protein bars simultaneously,
suitable for both small-scale and large-scale production. * The extruder and cutter are designed separately for easy
cleaning. * The machine is pre-packaged at the factory; no installation is
required, simply connect it to a power source. * Automatic control; simply change the numbers on the screen.
