Description:

The chocolate enrobing equipment is enrobing machine designed to fit on the chocolate tempering machine when installed on the optional cart with casters. It allows enrobing chocolate centers, cookies, ganaches or whatever your want with chocolate. The product pass on a wire mesh belt which is 180 mm wide and are enrobed by a double curtain waterfall system. The chocolate enrobing machine coats top and bottom or top only. For bottom only, a bottomer is available on special request. The control box allows regulating the speed of the belts.
