Description:
Full automatic fried Potato Cheese Balls machine is mainly
desigend for making both center filled balls and non-filled
balls.It consisit of the automatic encrusting machine,ball roller
machine and automatic ball coating machine.The automatic encrusting
machin is mainly used to form the small pieces of dough ball with
filling or without fillings.
The automatic energy ball rolling machine is special made for
rolling the dough into ball shape. The ball diameter range is
10mm-50mm.
The Automatic coconut flakes coating machine inside is inserted a
rotating drum with adjustable speed. The coconut flakes coating
machine can coat coconut flakes, coco powder, grounded nuts,
smashed nuts, seeds, and so on.
The Papa fully automatic potato ball machine is flexible with
each section can be separately used. Customer can take either one
of them according to their needs.
If customer need to make center filled energy ball, he need to load
the right hopper with ceter filling materials, which can be
chocolate, jam, fruit paste, cream, peanut butter, etc. If customer
need to make normal balls without stuffing, he just keep the right
hopper empty or load it with the casing dough.

1. Automatic rotary table coating machine
The rotary table coating machine is used for large production of coconut flakes/sugar powder/coco
powder/smashed nuts/chocolate sprinkles coated ball products or
cookies. The dough ball cutted by the P160 Automatic encrusting
machine will automatically drop to the rotary table coating machine
for outside coating, then the coated products will transfered to
the container or conveyor by the mesh belt.
2. Automatic bar cutting machine
The automatic bar cutting machine is a separate machine controlled
by PLC system with screen panel. It is placed right after the P160
Automatic encusting machine conveyor belt. The automatic bar
cutting machine adopts teflon coated carbon steel cutting blade
which vertically cut the food into pieces, the cutting speed and
food length can be adjusted by control panel. The automatic bar
cutting machine can make protein bar, fruit bar, filled date bar,
round discs, date roll, cookies, etc.
3. Chocolate enrober
Chocolate enrober is used for coat chocolate around food or on
bottom of food, the commercial chocolate enrober machine is small
sized and easy operation. Customer can choose to connect air fan
cooling or tunnel cooling after the chocolate enrober machine. The
chocolate enrober has different capacities for customer to
choose.
4. Planetary mixer
The multi-function high speed planetary mixer has a compact
structure,with multi-function of egg whipping,stuffing
homogenizing,and dough mixing. it is the essential equipment for
materials mixing.
