Automatic vegan protein Balls extruder making machine consists of P160 Automatic encrusting machine, P160-1 Automatic energy ball rolling machine and P160-2 Coconut flakes coating machine. 

The P160 encrusting machine is mainly used to make stuffed and non stuffed dough.There are two hoppers: left hopper for the dough casing and extrusion, the other right hopper for center fillng materials. The ball sizes can be changed by the extrusion nozzles. 

The P160-1 Automatic energy ball rolling machine is special made for rolling the dough into ball shape. The ball diameter range is 10mm-50mm. The energy ball roller machine consists of stainless 304 structure and teflon coated aluminum rolling wheel. The rolling wheel need to be customized according to customer's ball diameter. It is easy to replace and operate. 

The P160-2 Automatic coconut flakes coating machine inside is inserted a rotating drum with adjustable speed. The coconut flakes coating machine can coat coconut flakes, coco powder, grounded nuts, smashed nuts, seeds, and so on. 
 
The multifunctional stuffed energy ball making machine is flexible with each section can be separately used. Customer can take either one of them according to their needs. 
If customer need to make center filled energy ball, he need to load the right hopper with ceter filling materials, which can be chocolate, jam, fruit paste, cream, peanut butter, etc. If customer need to make normal balls without stuffing, he just keep the right hopper empty or load it with the casing dough. 
 
The filled energy ball making machine can make many kinds of ball products, such as energy ball, protein ball, date ball, coconut ball, bounty ball, bliss ball, rum ball, enery  bites, cookie dough ball, cookie dough bites, cake pops, chocolate ball, truffles, brigadeiro, tamarind ball, marzipan, bunelos, sesame ball, cheese ball, cheese nuggets, potato ball, ladoo, etc. The most often made is energy ball and coconut date ball, so the energy ball making machine is also called date ball making machine.

1. Automatic rotary table coating machine 

The rotary table coating machine is used for large production of coconut flakes/sugar powder/coco powder/smashed nuts/chocolate sprinkles coated ball products or cookies. The dough ball cutted by the P160 Automatic encrusting machine will automatically drop to the rotary table coating machine for outside coating, then the coated products will transfered to the container or conveyor by the mesh belt.

Chocolate enrober is used for coat chocolate around food or on bottom of food, the commercial chocolate enrober machine is small sized and easy operation. Customer can choose to connect air fan cooling or tunnel cooling after the chocolate enrober machine. The chocolate enrober has different capacities for customer to choose. 

4. Planetary mixer
