Usage: After blood collection in SSGT ,please reverse the tubes 3-5 times for mixing blood and gel fully. When the blood completely solidified (about 15-30 minutes or so), please put SSGT tube in the centrifugal machine. The centrifuge speed should be guaranteed to be at 3000-3800r/min, and the centrifuge is 10-15 minutes, then the required serum can be obtained. The tube can be directly implanted into an automatic biochemical analyzer for biochemical detection.
