1. Function: The hydraulic system cooler in the excavator is mainly used to reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil to maintain the normal operating temperature range of the hydraulic system. 2. Structure and loion: The hydraulic system cooler is usually loed in the appropriate position of the excavator, such as behind the cab or inside the engine bay. It consists of heat sink, cooling oil pipe, water tank and fan.

3. Heat sink: Heat sink is the main heat dissipation element in the hydraulic system cooler, usually made of aluminum material with high thermal conductivity. When the hydraulic oil passes through the heat sink, it exchanges heat with the air, thus reducing the oil temperature.

4. Water tank and coolant flow: Hydraulic system coolers usually contain water tanks for storing and supplying coolant. The coolant enters the heat sink through the pipe, absorbs the heat of the hydraulic oil, and returns to the hydraulic system after cooling.
