Description
1. Scope of application
It is suitable for automatic quantitative packaging of materials
with good fluidity (such as: rice, mung beans, soybeans, feed,
plastic granules, etc.).
2. Features
a. Weighing instrument + PLC dual-core control technology, the
number of A/D conversions reaches 200 times per second. It ensures
the strict requirements of the weighing speed and weighing accuracy
of the equipment.
b. Safety and sanitation. In order to ensure food safety, we use
stainless steel for feeding, weighing barrels and other material
contact parts. The interior is polished and smooth to eliminate
dead ends and no residual materials, so as to prevent the remaining
rice from mildew and rancidity affecting the quality of rice.
c. Digital intelligent automatic lifting conveyor, the conveyor can
quickly switch to the appropriate position according to different
packages, and the lifting height of different varieties can be
memorized.
d. Light and easy to turn, rotating column, multi-functional
sealing method, according to different packaging and different
sealing forms, a sewing machine and a heat sealing machine that can
be switched by rotation are designed, allowing users to feel a
