Inspection principle

The scheme is designed according to the actual workpiece conditions on site, and the liquid level of the bottle is visually detected at the front end of the labeling machine to replace manual inspection work. The detection system integrates visual optical hardware and detection system software as a whole.

The detection equipment is installed on the side of the production line, and the detection speed is matched to the speed of the labeling machine under the condition of no obstruction. The equipment can run all day to improve production efficiency.


System functions&details

Real-time collection of product images through industrial cameras, and non-contact detection of liquid levels. Obtain the data of the bottom of the bottle and the liquid level through the linear measuring device, and calculate the distance. Then, the outline of the liquid area is retrieved through image data preprocessing, and the two are matched with each other and combined with thresholding, morphology and other operations to obtain the height of the liquid level, realizing real-time detection of the liquid level without the aid of external measuring instruments.

 

Inspection Standards

  • The incoming material of the product should be stable, and the liquid level should not shake, which will affect the detection;
  • There are bubbles in the internal liquid level of the product, which will affect the detection;
  • There should be no obstructions on the outer bottle body of the product, which will affect the light source and photography, and will affect the detection;
  • In the actual detection, due to the influence of the critical fluctuation state of some detection item data, it will lead to a certain probability of false detection of the product, which can be adjusted through the parameter setting of the system software to achieve the actual effect;
  • It cannot be effectively detected if the image acquisition is less than the range of this blind spot.
