Inspection principle

The overall equipment integrates mechanical mechanism, visual optical hardware and detection system software, defective product rejection and counting device. The visual inspection machine is docked with the extrusion blowing machine, transported to the entrance belt line of the inspection machine, and then sent to the inspection station in turn, collected and inspected by the camera, and compared and analyzed by the collected image processing software and standardized samples to determine good and bad products. The detected defective products are automatically eliminated online, and the counting function can be realized after the finished product is detected.

After the product inspection, it is transported by the export conveyor line to the back-end for the next packaging process. Our company's design scheme uses 8 sets of high-resolution industrial cameras and high-performance strobe light sources to conduct comprehensive visual inspections for product appearance defects. The inspection speed is 150 pieces/minute, and the equipment can operate 7*24 hours a day. Unqualified products can be automatically removed online.

 

Vision solutions

In the actual inspection, due to the influence of the critical fluctuation state of some inspection item data, it will lead to a certain probability of false detection of the product, which can be adjusted through the parameter setting of the system software to achieve the actual effect.

  • For defect features such as black spots and bubbles, the gray value contrast difference corresponding to the detection index must be greater than 30 (it can be understood as: place the sample at an arm’s length, about 30cm or more, and the defect features can be seen visually), you can effective detection. If the sample has transparent oil stains or light-colored black spots, the gray value contrast difference is low (less than 30), the detection effect cannot be achieved.
  • Due to the different complexity of the structural features of different products, in actual application, there will be a certain area of detection blind area in the overlapping area of the plane lens imaging structure, and the image cannot be collected within this blind area, so it cannot be effectively detected.
