Application of visual inspection:

Inspection principle

In the modern food automation production line, various inspections and measurements are involved, such as foreign body detection in mineral water, printing quality inspection of beverage bottle caps, barcode and character recognition on product packaging, etc. The common feature of such applications is continuous mass production and very high requirements for appearance quality. Usually this kind of highly repetitive work can only be done by manual visual inspection. We often see hundreds or even thousands of inspection workers behind the modern assembly lines of some factories to perform this process, which adds a huge amount to the factory. At the same time of the labor cost and management cost, the 100% inspection pass rate cannot be guaranteed.

• Size measurement, including the outer diameter of the cover, the outer diameter of the anti-counterfeiting ring, the height of the cover, the inner diameter of the thread, and the outer diameter of the inner plug.
• Detection of surface defects, such as viscose, burrs, gaps, deformation, black spots, flashing, chipping, chromatic aberration, oil stains, wrinkles, etc.
• Printing quality inspection on the bottle cap. The production date, shelf life, barcode, QR code and other information will be printed on the bottle cap of some products. It is necessary to detect whether there is missing printing, missing printing, blurred printing, incomplete printing, skewed and other adverse situations.

Hardware:

• Software: The latest KEYE V16.0 software can realize a variety of data statistics and human-computer interaction functions, and the touch screen operation is simpler.
• KEYE cloud platform: The AI cloud platform can create its own cloud platform account for each customer, and the pictures of each training operation will be saved in its own account; even if the algorithm is lost due to software algorithms or other problems, all previous data can be retrieved through an independent cloud platform account. (KEYE team has technicians who regularly maintain this platform).
• After-sales service: Provide long-term remote service, customers only need to keep the device in good network connection.

After-sale service
