Product background As an important supplement to daily drinking water, bottled drinking water has become a necessity of people's life. For the same product, a slight difference in the liquid level will cause a serious psychological gap to buyers. The height of the bottle cap, the crooked cap, and the poor coding will affect the brand image of mineral water and reduce consumers' desire to buy.
Inspection principle Transfer the bottle products to a specific station in a stable and
orderly manner, and then transmit the captured high-pixel sample
image to the image processing software through an industrial
camera. Defective products are eliminated, and qualified products
are finally collected. Our company's design plan adopts 11 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and high-performance strobe light sources to comprehensively test the bottle mouth, bottle bottom and bottle body defects of bottle products. The whole set of testing equipment includes mechanical parts, visual electronic hardware and testing systems. Software, the entrance and exit of the inspection machine can be integrated with the conveyor line, the inspection speed is 9600 pieces/hour, the equipment can be operated 7*24 hours a day, and the unqualified products can be automatically rejected.
Detection process&system details 1. Install a customized visual inspection system on the mineral water production line; 2. When the mineral water bottle flows into the visual inspection station, the product picture taken by the machine vision sensor is triggered and sent to the system. The system extracts and analyzes the taken picture and compares it with the setting to know whether the bottle cap of the mineral water bottle has a high cap or a low cap. Whether the cover, high and low liquid level, and coding are bad; 3. When it is detected that the mineral water bottle cap has a high cap or a low cap, the coding is defective or the liquid level is high or low, the system sends a signal to the rejection device to give rejection processing and alarm prompts.
Special features 1. The testing equipment needs to be regularly maintained and
cleaned during use (such as conveyor belt cleaning, camera
cleaning, etc.), and the testing equipment itself will not produce
secondary pollution sources (such as debris, fine foam, etc.) to
the testing samples.
