Detection background Machine vision inspection of packaging labels is used for quality

Inspection principle The imaging system is the most important part of the program. In this solution, the detection object is a barcode, which has a large shape and obvious features, so the camera does not require a very high resolution. However, this solution is a real-time processing design, so the speed of image acquisition and processing is required to be higher than the detection rate of the detection object, that is, the maximum frame rate of the camera is higher; and the imaging object is moving, in order to avoid the appearance of the captured image For problems such as blurring, a global electronic shutter camera should be used. If the quality of the conveyed object is small, there is no need to consider too much the bearing capacity of the conveyor belt, and it does not involve the loading and disassembly of the product. Therefore, the ordinary belt conveyor belt structure is adopted, and the stepper motor drives the conveyor belt synchronous wheel as the A single-chip microcomputer is used to perform simple motion control on the stepper motor to control the transmission switch and speed of the conveyor belt. At the same time, in order to clearly distinguish the barcode of the mobile phone product from the background during image capture, the color of the transmission belt is dark black.
