Inspection system description :
The system integrates mechanical mechanism, high-brightness strobe
light source, high-resolution industrial camera and
high-performance GPU processing platform, defective product
rejection and counting device. The normal detection speed is 18,000
pieces per hour. The entrance and exit of the detection machine can
be based on the actual scene. , Integrated with the conveyor line,
the equipment can realize all-weather operation, which greatly
improves production efficiency and saves costs. The software will
open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel
on the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and choose
the accuracy standard most suitable for their own production
conditions, thereby controlling the defect rate.
Function of the inspection software
- Turn on & turn off the inspection function.

Note:
1,Detect the outer side of the bottle body, and design a set of
optical integrating cavity modules. 4 sets of industrial cameras
are used. The imaging does not interfere with each other. It can do
a comprehensive image analysis around the bottle body. Inspection
of bottle lip burrs and flashing defects.
2,For bottle lip inspection, a set of industrial cameras are
installed above the bottle and used with a ring-shaped visual light
source to detect black spots, injection incomplete, deformation,
burrs, and flashing defects on the bottle mouth.
3,The solution is for plastic bottles with a height of 40~60mm: To
be compatible with samples of other specifications, an operator
must be equipped on site to operate, adjust the top light source
and camera of the equipment when changing production, and adjust
the focal length of the top camera.
