PART1 Cage System

PART3 Manure Removing System

*Each tier has a separate drive unit with its own motor and can be operated independently of the others as needed.
*Rubber-coated drive roller ensure the manure belt no off-tracking during working.
*Pressure roller scrapers keep rollers clean for better tracking and improved pull of the manure belt.
*Imported PP manure belt.
*Plastic belt scraper cleans belt without cutting or damaging it. Each tier's belt can be cleaned easily and individually.
*Stable motor to ensure the whole system working efficiently.

PART4 Egg Collection System

*The eggs can be buffered by the egg damper line before rolling onto the egg collecting belt, which can effectively reduce the quantity of broken eggs
*The horizontal egg transmission part can effectively filter the broken eggs and soft-shelled eggs, and avoid the mutual pollution during egg collection in later
*The egg lifting part has the strong egg collection capacity, and the maximum egg collection capacity of egg lifting part in single-row can reach 17,000 eggs/h
