spring wire → spring winding → low temperature stress relief annealing → high temperature degreasing → washing → dilute hydrochloric acid washing → washing → electric galvanizing (80 min) → washing → blanking → dehydrogenation treatment (200 ℃, 4 h) → feeding → washing → color passivation → washing → drying → blanking → inspection
