AR Coated Fused Silica Discs used in Laser
The antireflection coating, also known as antireflection coating (AR coating), is mainly used to reduce or eliminate the reflected light of lens, prism, plane mirror and other optical surfaces, so as to increase the light transmission of these elements and reduce or eliminate the stray light of the system.
The quartz glass has very good transmission. The antireflection coating can effectively increase the transmission of the quartz glass, with very less loss.
