The solutions of tapes slitting&converting:
Lathe slitting, also referred to as baloney or single-knife
slitting, features quick cuts and fast set up. To begin with,
master rolls are clamped and spun on a horizontal axle, then a
spinning circular blade cuts the material to the desired width. We
have the flexibility to cut a wide variety of materials, including plastic films and
adhesive tapes, because of our state of the art machines.
Rewind slitting is more efficient because it can produce multiple
cut rolls from a master log in one cycle. First, the machine
unwinds the master roll, then it is fed through a series of blades.
Next, the winds each section onto a new core, creating a new slit
roll. CGS utilizes common styles such as score, shear and
razor.

Fine porosity would be remained in Powder metallurgy of processing
for Tungsten Carbide, which will be the beginning of destroy of
products.
To remove this fine porosity, we PASSION produce products through
HIP Process.
This process is progressed under the high temperature and pressure,
and put the identical pressure on whole surface of product.
At this time, a fine porosity would be removed, and effected on
improving high strength.
In order to supply good blades to customers, we will check all
products to see if there were any nicks.

powder to completed. We can keep and improve our quality, and are
